I tried to set up the same system at my church before. The problem was those scheduled to serve didn't show up on their day. . .so it ended up being just random picking before the Offering of the Lamb!

I don't think people are lazier, TITL. Especially, in America (if we are speaking about Copts). Many people work long hours and take care of kids, etc. Kids have so many activities going on. It's not like people are without jobs, watching TV all day…
