Yes, Holy Mysteries means communion, in our church the curtain remains open during the liturgy so anyone can see whats going on, and yes in fact liturgies are recorded and video taped in their entirety these days.

You will not find any hymns specifically for a saint online, you will have to visit a church on his/her feast hear the general hymns chanted and the saints name put into it or the Tamgeed(glorification) for the saint then.

If you can read arabic, albeir's book is good but no khedmit el shamas has a psalmody in it. The Southern Diocese has been working on one for a while that has all 3 languages, should be as good or better than albeirs
